Virgin coconut oil has special qualities in comparision to the normal traditional coconut oil .
Virgin coconut oil is
- Rich in Vitamin E.
- It is free from impurities and can be eaten raw without cooking.
- It has features of an energizer such as glucose.
- It has special ability of breaking / dissolving the lipo-protein envelope of some viruses such as HIV.
- By scientific experiments , it is proved virgin coconut oil has a nutritional value equal to breast milk.
- The virgin coconut oil manufacturing can be done under room temperature (25 degree Celsius) unlike other coconut oil types.
- Normal coconut oil is saturated and has MCFA / good fats with 92% of saturated fatty acid content which causes health effects.But ,a recent discovery proves 62% MCFA is coconut oil .Unsaturated has high concentration of LCFA ,easily absorbed with less energy,few enzymes and improving digestion.
